BLOOD RULE POLICY

Blood Rule Policy

In any event blood becomes present, the player must inform the officials immediately.

The referees will stop the game and inform the venue supervisor who will sterilize and clean the court and/or ball.

Players who have blood on their uniform (jersey, shorts, socks, shoe etc) will not be permitted to take the court and must change into a clean uniform before being substituted back on.

Players who ignore this ruling will be subject to a technical foul and potential suspension.
