Competition Finals Game Rules

All Semi Finals and Preliminary Finals will have the same timing rules applied as per regular season.

Grand Final

Games will allow an extended warm up period. Both teams are permitted 2 timeouts per half and the game clock will stop on these timeouts.

Game clock will stop in the last 1 minute of the first half and last 2 minutes of the game on all whistles and made field goals.

Overtime will be 3 minutes with the clock stopping in the last 1 minute.

Teams will be allowed 1 timeout each (the clock with stop on all time outs).

Players must have played a minimum of 9 regular season games to be eligible to play finals. 

In the event a team is unable to field a team of 5 qualified players for finals, the next ranked team will play instead (if during preliminary finals it will be based on ladder ranking, if during Semi Finals or Grand finals it will be the team who lost to the forfeiting team in the prior round of finals)
